Anthem’s First Impressions call center dedicated to TRB members will be open by 3/23. The initial member notification letters are being mailed this week and Anthem will follow with the enrollment guide packets, which will include the list of additional Anthem meetings. All TRB members will receive the enrollment kits before 4/1. Anthem will be holding 20 additional meetings throughout Connecticut from 4/10 – 4/27. Anthem is confident that there will be meeting sites that will be convenient for our members.
As we get closer to the mail date confirmation, they will send us a PDF document that lists all of the meeting times and locations, which we will post on our webpage and email to our members.
